Beach trip 2011- The Boats

Our last night at the beach, we headed to a seafood restaurant in Little River. It's on the marsh, and the boys get to watch all the boats. The gambling boats pull out around 7pm, and it was a huge hit.

The one picture I have of me the WHOLE vacation. In front of a trashcan. With no makeup. At least the kids weren't crying;-)
They waved 'bye' as the boat pulled away. I can't wait to take them on a cruise! And I wish you could see the front of my shirt. It has a Mickey Mouse head, and Drake ALWAYS requests Eric and I wear our shirts. It's too cute!
Eli really wanted on the boat!

Beach trip 2011- The park!

So, the boys got sick of the beach. I'm not sure how that happens, but they did. So much so, that we left a day early. We ended up taking two trips to the park. All Drake talked about was feeding the ducks at the park!

There were turtles too! More duck pics later...

They got lots of energy out playing!

And Drake had to figure out how everything worked. I swear he's gonna be an engineer.
Noone bothered to tell Eli he's not as big as Drake and Aidan.

I love this smile!

When did my big boy get this.... BIG? It's crazy how big they both are. But Drake is such a little man!
I heart this face.
"Yo! Someone put me in this thing! Put down that blasted camera and SWING me woman!"
Ducks!!!

Beach trip 2011- Another day of fun in the sun!

Jumping waves with Daddy!
Two of my loves.

Eli supervising the hole digging.

Yoli and Marley went swimming. The older I've gotten, the more I appreciate water I can see the bottom of.

Melt down! Someone was getting tired.
So we took him for a walk in the stroller. He didn't last long.
Meanwhile, Drake hung out with the coolest neighbors on the planet.
And Eli finished his nap on Grandpa. It gave him an excuse to take a break from digging holes.
My little love.

Beach trip 2011- The arcade

Riding Thomas the Train, with Aidan and Eli
Eli decided he wasn't all that interested.
And then he COMPLETELY lost it. I felt horrible. That was the longest time ever waiting for it to end!

Skee ball. What would a trip to the arcade be without at least a few games of this?
He LOVES tickets and choosing a prize.
Eli loved this. And the carousel as well!
Drake and Daddy went on the ferris wheel. BEFORE I could give Eric a thorough lecture about holding on tight to my big stink.

This is about the moment I freaked. Eric assured me he had a good hold of Drake, but I was not satisfied.

We let them ride the fire trucks, but I was super nervous. The ride operator assured me they were strapped in tight, and that he could stop the ride immediately if they tried to climb out or cried.
They loved it!
Marley, Yoli, and Aidan rode the Flying Bobs.
All is well...
Still going great...
All fun and games...
This is about when we thought they would all puke.
